Physical Products:-

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Digital Services:-

Refunds:

Refunds for digital services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 2 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been delivered or for services that have been partially completed.

Cancellation:

Customers may cancel digital service subscriptions at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptions / non-returnable items :-

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) without prove of supplier fault in term of packaging and shipment.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Damages and issues:-

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
